CD Accounts For CA

I called them and told me that one cannot open a CD account if lives in California or any other state excpet Mi and Wis.

Even if pays the $10 membership for that foundation

Is that true?

I just got a rejection letter from Trustone saying they wont approve me for membership, even tho i contributed to their foundation. I live in Oregon. I think that is the reason why. Oh well. Would have been nice if that was made clear on the application process. Waste of time, $15 to the foundation, lost interest while waiting for "approval."
