Help With Proving A Signature

I have a fax from rbfcu to my mom that she signed and notarized and returned to remove a pod on a cd..and they did not remove it.. how can I prove that the notary book, fax, signature, is all legit ?

The one with a poa could do it but couple that with an explanation of the local law on a poa, ie they will pay all attorney fees incurred by the holder enforcing it! (In some jurisdictions) They usually blink b/c they have no excuse. Talk to an attorney

My trustee doesn't want to spend any trust money on this. And if I go after the trustee she could end up with part of the estate ... that's what this is all about the trustee and the trust atty want my farm ... I've hired a atty to represent me one of two beneficiaries ... the trustee tells me to forget 102,000.00 she said it's not that much money

The thing is the fax came into her office and was notarized by one of her employees
