Chase Bill Pay W Paper Check?

There's no one at Chase answering standard customer service questions so I thought I'd ask here.

I scheduled a paper check payment for the first time and want to know if an image of the check will show up in my online register once the check is cashed? So far, I just have a transaction number.

No I have been using em to pay water n trash you do not get a check image if you have a problem you just go into your Payments n Transfer area click on the payment an ask for more info I never had a problem with it but guess if you do you can send a secure message with the payment info stating what the problem is an they will get back to you Have a good day stay safe n hope it helped

Try Pay & Transfer > Payment Activity. Find the transaction...click on See Details > Proof of Payment. I think it is only made available this way for a limited time period.
