For over 5 years using this online bank division, no problems until recent days. Despite an e-mail response from Robert Narvaez clarifying there is a $15,000 maximum external funds transfer limit per DAY (and $50,000 total over 30 day period), I am unable to reliably move even $5,000 at will using their website. Like Whack-a-mole, it works one day and then not the next, causing delays (which translates to lost interest income). So far this week I've been successful transferring several $5000 amounts per day, well below the $15,000 limit but this function too is capricious at best (not working this a.m. 4/8/20). What should be a two transaction process has become an unreliable daily battle due to website dysfunction. Live calls result in their recording your call back number, which then take 3 days for a representative to return call back as someone did to me this a.m. from a 4/6/20 call I placed leaving my contact info. Is/has anyone else finding their service is suddenly dramatically crappier than ever? Thank you.
