Deposit Using App- No Longer Works

Hi,

I have been able to make deposits using the app ever since I opened my accounts. Now it is telling me to check my network settings that I don't seem to be in the U.S. Well... I am in the U.S. using the same wifi and data plan I have been. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but that did not work. I tried shutting down my phone and restarting, that doesn't work.

It says: "Mobile check deposit is unavailable: mobile deposit is only available when we can determine you're in the United States. If you are in the U.S. please check your network settings and try again."

My daughter can login to her capital one account and is able to make deposits, but not through my login. How do I check the network settings, when they are fine as I can tell and have not changed for capital one? Frustrating....

Any advice?
