6 Month Libor Forecast

Does anyone have a feel for the accuracy of the 6-month libor forecast. I see that many have it as somewhere between 0.2 and 0.3% in very short order and into 2021. I don't know what support we have for the precipitous drop. It has been somewhat steady over the last few months ( it was 2.6% last May) it is hovered around 1% for a few months with a short dip to 0.7% in March. If you have an opinion I would love to hear your support for forecast. Thanks!
