Funds Get Struck At AMEX HYSA.

How to get my funds back from AMEX hysa before they close my account and if they sent my money to state unclaimed funds, how to get it. Please suggest me on this. I am struggling since 2 months to get my funds back from AMEX HYSA. I am not even getting proper sleep on thinking. I heard my account is getting close and it was locked but my funds is there. I want my funds back before they close. I spoke with AMEX back office many times but no use. AMEX looking some kind of form like letter of indemnity or hold harmless from my other bank that they got the funds to AMEX hysa. My other bank said they don't provide either forms listed above to third party. In this situation PLEASE let me know how can I proceed to get my funds back from AMEX hysa?
