Does External Pull Work Now?

Do they now allow banks to ACH pull from them? At HSBC & PNC I linked my DSD account using trial deposits, and DSD allowed the trial deposits to be withdrawn.

But I don't know if that means they allow external ACH pulls in general now, or if they just have a special case to allow trial deposits to be withdrawn.

Their account disclosures still say "You may make a withdrawal from your Account through electronic funds transfer to the External Account by logging on to our Web site. You may not withdraw funds by any other means."
