Deposit Accounts Discrepancy?

I just noticed when I log into Deposit Accounts, the landing page shows "Top 1% Avg. 1-yr CD 1.38% APY". When I clicked on "view rates", the top 1 yr. CD is 1.21%, so I know that the stated average is in error. I appreciate the depth and breadth of information Ken Tumin provides for all of us, but this must just be a glitch in their system.
