DOCUSIGN Issues

I just had an issue with their authentication system ( known as KBA )

I have started the process of trying to find out the source of some incorrect data, but not having much luck.

I think they get their "pull" data from LexusNexus, but not sure.

Not getting much help from either of those two. Not even sure if these automated authentication systems are covered by any consumer federal supervision similar to credit reports.

Any Ideas? Has anyone else had to run down bogus DOCUSIGN or LexusNexus verification issues??
