Alliant CDs

Quick question: is it just my imagination or did Alliant, at one time, allow people to do a one-time add to their (non-Add-On) CDs, as long as it didn't exceed the opening deposit amount? Though I never took advantage of it, I could've sworn it was Alliant that at one time allowed that, as long as it wasn't more than your opening amount. But I just looked at the term sheet on a CD I have for them from last year and it says no additional deposits are allowed. Was that a policy change, am I mixing them up with another place, or just imagining it? Thanks!

I've been with Alliant for over 10 years, and have no recollection of them offering such a CD or provision. There are other financial institutions that have allowed add-ons, some limited to a single occurrence, though none come to mind right now.
