Is anyone currently offering a Tokenized Checking account where person's account number is tokenized for Check, ACH and Bill Pay transactions?

Readers should note that QCheque is a company in the tokenization business; it seems to be some sort of fintech.

According to its website: "Founder Shoaib Shafquat, is a technical business analyst with a decade of experience in solving business problems in the financial sector.

Although the QCheque website describes Shaquat as the Founder, at other times QCheque has stated that it has two founders, Shafquat and someone named Al Pacha (who seems to have disappeared from the QCheque website).

I haven't found out anything else about QCheque or Shafquat, other than what they've claimed about the company and its Founder (or is it co-founder?).
