Website Terribly Broken - Cannot Close CD

My BrixDirect CD was maturing and the only way to close the CD is using the special login link they send via email. That login doesn't work. Tried many many times. Unfortunately online customer support says they can't close the CD over the phone since it was opened online.

Anyone have better luck closing an online CD on the phone?
