My email account was breached. I tried to change my password on Synchrony Bank website. I was asked to receive OTP (one time password) on my mobile phone. I was directed to 'Password Change' page right after entering the OTP correctly. After entering the new password twice, the 'Save Changes' button was still disabled. I logged off and logged in again so that I could change the password, but the button was still disabled. Did you encounter this password change problem?
I called the bank and asked for help. I was asked to use the 'Forgot Password' option to change my password. I finally could change my password on Synchrony Bank website, but I think this is a weird way to change the password.
