Experience With M1 Finance?

Does anyone have experience with M1 Finance? I'm interested in their M1 Plus 1% APY checking account, and possibly their M1 Invest account bonus. I haven’t had much luck answering my basic list of account questions via their website, however, which is a red flag.

Specifically, is M1 Plus checking FDIC insured (it appears to be a Lincoln Savings Bank product)? What are the ACH push / pull limits? Fees? It appears they are waiving the M1 Plus $125 fee for the first year, but I can’t tell if signing up for the M1 Invest account bonus (which would need to be completed first, per the bonus stipulations) would negate the M1 Plus fee waiver.

Very hard to use from desktop. Gave up when funding did not work and customer service was only available through app delayed a week. Investing since 1967 when anyone could open account and not be credit checked and photo IDd in just the very right protocol.
