Forgot username The only option is to change password. How do you change your username to keep the same account. I had to open a new account with a different email. Would like to continue the first account will need to change my username.

I think Chas may be talking about the username for DepositAccounts. If so, perhaps Ken can help.

Chas, call the company or bank where you are having the problem and they will work with you I am sure

Subject web site is not clear. Assuming it's DA, you can change username through Profile settings. Sites typically insist on unique names so you'll probably not be able to change yours to one that's already active and tied to another email address. To do that, I suggest contacting site administrator (Ken). Maybe they can fold this new account into old one. Don't be surprised if you'd have to prove ownership of both.
