No Penalty And Add On CD's

Is there a chart/list anywhere that shows current rates for ONLY No Penalty and a

Add-On CD"s? I wish that was one of the drop-down links under CD's. I have only been able to find them mixed in with some of the other reg cd rates which takes a lot of time looking through so many.

There's a CD rates summary posted on the blog every week or so that has a list of no-penalty CDs and add-on Cds.
