She has never applied for credit and does not have a ss #

Could i get away with obtaining the card for her and using it for myself with no obligation to pay?

Sure, it seems like fraud but they are the ones offering her the card

For the cat's "security questions" on the account, will it ask "What was the name of your first human?"

I read once that a famous cellist, who'd always have to purchase a spare seat on a flight for their cello, gave their cello a name, and used it to collect frequent flyer miles. Why not, the cellist said, since he had to pay for the extra seat every time. But when the airline (Delta, if I remember right) found out that it was a "cello" occupying the seat instead of a "human", they immediately took away the miles "Mr Cello" had accrued.

On the form for Kitty's credit card, make Kitty 49 years old. Then you'll see -- a month before "Kitty" turns "50", AARP will start sending mailers inviting Kitty to join AARP. From there, it'll just snowball...

Seems like fraud because it would be fraud. They mail out thousands of offers every day to people that actually don't qualify. I still get offers for my father and he died 20 years ago.

My cat actually had a credit card (albeit many years ago) and use it. But the cat always paid the bill.

She is pushing 70- I'm afraid the bucket is not far off for either of us

I am not 70 but feel like I am 80 if I try to play disc golf for more than 15 minutes

Dr is as clueless as I am

CFS or something? Because I could easily play for up to 2 hours a few years ago

Jack, if you have not seen a neurologist consider it. Quick fatigue is a symptom of Myasthenia Gravis and possibly other neurological problems.
