Where Can I See What CD Rates Were For The Last 7 Years? (Was a 7yr CD the right call 5.5yrs ago?)

I have a 7yr CD at 3% from 5.5 years ago, and was simply curious if it turned out to be a good choice or not, with about 1.5yrs left on it, since other than that I'd never done anything longer than 5yrs.

I know where rates are now, and what they were the last year, but can't remember back more than that.

No regrets, but just out of curiosity:

(1) With 5.5 of 7 years into it already (and 1.5yrs left), do you think it was worth it? Rate is 3%, EWP is 180 days (but with EWP and only 1.5yrs left doesn't seem worth closing early for a current 18mo CD)

(2) Is there a place to easily see what CD rates were in any particular year? (For instance, what 3yr or 5yr rates were for 2017, 2018, etc).

Thanks!
