IMHO Ally Bank has been the benchmark of all financial institution…..that is until lately. I’ve been having many issues with their website and customer service. Issues include, excessive wait times, bill pay not working and now their two factor authentication process…...limitations and restrictions. Talking with their technical and management teams indicate Ally is fully aware of the issues and the customer dissatisfaction its causing but as of now, no change is planned. Any suggestions of alternative financial institutions which can be used as a hub, offer reasonable interest rates and works as well as Ally used to be?
