Have you ever come across a 5 year cd whose early withdrawal penalty gets smaller and maturity approaches?

Example :

for a 5 year cd:

during the first year of ownership EWP is 360 days if you cash it in,

during the third year of ownership EWP is 180 days if you cash it in,

during the 5th year of ownership EWP is 90 days interest if you cash it in.
