Are We Past The Peak Rates For A 3-5 Year CD?

The 10YR T-note hit 3.96% today. That's up from only 3.40% on 2/1.

So are we really past THE peak for 3-5 year CD's or was just under 5% APY on a 5 year CD just A peak? It seems possible that we'll have even better deals in the months to come.

The stock market just needs to get over its wishful thinking about an impending Fed pivot ... like it did today.
