Who Has Ease Of ACH Transfers And > 4% HYSA Or MM?

Looking for a bank/CU that offers >4% apy AND has minimal restrictions on transferring funds in/out. I currently utilize Ally as hub account b/c they offer unlimited linked external accounts and lately I'm getting 1 day transfers. But as we all know ALLY isn't staying competitive with interest rates. I also have Marcus but not satisfied with their sluggish transfers and only 4 linked external accounts. Who has best balance of interest rate & reasonable transfer process?

Do not be fooled or misled. Ally only offers overnight ACH transfers after an extended period of third day exercises. Thus when you link a new account you're gonna wait a long time, and you will need to endure many slow transfers, before that new account finally offers ACH transfers overnight.

If ACH transfer speed matters, and if you lack the patience of Job, Ally Bank is a poor hub choice.

I had one bad transfer and Ally reset things, it now takes 3 business days for any transfer. Citizens Access has fast push/pull, but the rates are bad and it takes forever for them to raise them. Bread is good at pulling money but not pushing ($5000 limit). Marcus sluggish? They are VERY fast at transfers, just has a five day hold.
