Pricing Of Interest Rates Is A Conundrum.

if there is demand for higher rates, it would seem that rates would go down.

Because, to "buy" that interest rate one has to buy the vehicle (bond, cd etc) that controls it. So, it is really demand for that vehicle. so bond/cd prices go up, rates go down.

hmm. am I wrong?
