I need to rollover a small Traditional IRA and will need to make the required withdrawals before the end of the 5 year CD matures. Would like to move to Northwest but don't know if they charge a fee to handle. Their website shows they have a right to charge a fee but I could not find it in a fee schedule. They won't get back to me for 48 hours.
