How can I delete Notifications from My Account? also PM's, My Activity, etc.? Thanks!

I just looked at my profile and there is no way to delete anything. It appears that DA takes ownership of all comments and PM's posted by users with no ability by the user to delete one's history. This sucks as we have zero control of our actions.

I want to be able to easily see the NEW rate changes notifications, not stuff from a week ago. I only joined up a short while ago to be able to 'subscribe' to notifications of rate changes at particular FI's instead of always having to manually check it out on DA.
But my Inbox "notifications" here is already stuffed up with notices I don't need or want any more!
There should be a way to delete stuff you don't want any more!
