How To Join GTE Financial From Out Of Area?

I'm trying to become a member to take advantage of their 5 year CD. They say you can qualify by spending $10 to join their CUSavers, but I don't see how to actually do that online. Their phone operation screens for existing members, and I didn't see how to actually get through to a person.

Hello,
On the GTE Financial home page, click join. I believe the option to join CUSavers will be within the application for you to choose. I hope you are successful on your application this weekend. I would call to follow up on the application on Monday, April 24, 2023. Then, you will be ready to fund early next week and locked in at that rate based on application date.
