Citibank Inter Institution Transfers

Hello, I'm thinking about opening a checking account with Citibank because on their website they tout that they have same-day and next day ACH available at pretty high limits for what I would use it for. https://online.citi.com/US/JRS/pands/detail.do?ID=InterInstitution&JFP_TOKEN=WNM8D732

My question is does anyone have a current Citibank account that can confirm which one is accurate, I tried calling Cust Support and got different answers so I wanted to ask here, thanks!
