Is it possible to get a chexsystems report more than once a year if I am willing to pay for it? I am trying to keep my inquiries down. Sometimes banks and credit unions tell you they do not use chexsystems, but then they go ahead and do it anyway

if you register for ChexS Consumer Portal and select report e-delivery you'll see it available as correspondence the same or next day.

It DOES say "you are ENTITLED to a free copy of your consumer disclosure report...blah, blah".
you REQUEST more often, you Get more often.
If you suspect or concern that ChexSystems involved and consider filing the dispute, ChexSystems would have no option but to generating the report before dispute filed and After dispute investigation is concluded.
It is not the Consumer responsibility no know for sure the answer to the question or to justify the Request for Consumer Disclosure, there you are ENTITLED to answer YES
