Who Offers "24-35mo" CDs instead of just "24" or "36"?

I'm trying to compile a list of places where one can choose the exact term of the CD in days or months, instead of being forced to have lengths only in years or half-years.

Alliant is one, but their rate for the length I'm looking for (27-28 months) isn't good.

There used to be more places that let you do this (25-36mo, 37-48mo, etc) and I once joined a credit union specifically because of this feature... but it seems less and less places let one do this now.

What other places allow this?

United States Senate federal credit union has them. Right now they have some pretty good rates as well. I believe their 24-35 month CD is paying 5.28% APY for the jumbo rate and a little less on a standard rate. They also have a 36-47 month jumbo paying 5.23% APY.

I don't think US Senate FCU allows it.
Their rate page lists only "24 months" and "36 months", not "24-35, 36-47".

Is it something you have to ask for, or perhaps it's something they did once but no longer do?

Can anyone verify if US Senate allows this now? It's so hard to get thru to them...

@racecar USSFCU does allow it. I just took out a 2 year CD with them at the posted rate of 5.28% and it is actually a 35 month CD. It is not well publicized on their website but they have been doing this for years as this is the 3rd time I have done it and yes they are very hard to get in touch with right now

Forgot to mention USSFCU also has a $200 bonus for opening up a CD with maturities of 2 years or longer
