Redeeming Cds On A Saturday?

The financial institutions I buy cds from are open Saturdays. When I redeem a CD, I have to phone in during regular weekdays business hours. The process is manual requiring me to speak to a human. I can never get a person on the phone during the weekends. If an cd matures over the weekend, I am forced to wait until Monday before I can redeem it.

Are you able to redeem cds on the weekend?
