If you were able to clean up your CS report and return it to a favorable status---Would you please give us a thorough step by step of how you accomplished that---My FICO is 835 with no debt and nothing negative---I recently tried to open a new savings at BMO and was rejected because of CS. Thanks

I have some experience speaking with ChexSystems "customer service". Clearly, at ChexSystems. customer service is a cost center. The reps, when you even can understand them, are horrendous. ChexSystems makes no money "cleaning up CS reports and returning them to favorable status". And you can tell that when you call them and try. It's a painful encounter.

How do you know it was CS that caused the rejection?

it is a project of the lifetime...wasted time and aggravations
Step 1: Create an account for ChexSystems Consumer Dashboard
Step 2: Request Disclosure Reports; both Consumer and Score.
Steps 4-24: Depend on Reports Content.
Step 3: Avoid Financial Institutions which using ChexSystems.

p.s. "FICO 835 with no debt" is great for Vanity, "lame" for Wealth.
