Wondering if there's a place where HSA CD rates (and related info) are listed? I know/see the HSA savings account rates, but can't find anything about CDs. If it's not available on DA, does anyone know of another site that might list that info? TIA!

I've yet to find a resource that compiles HSA CD rates. As an alternative, Fidelity offers an HSA account and brokered CDs from a variety of banks can be purchased there

Dept of Interior FCU (DOIFCU), anyone can join them, offers HSA CDs for the same rates and terms as their normal CDs. They're about the only one I know of other than a brokerage house like Fidelity.

Over the years I came across one or two other places that offered HSA CDs, but with sub-par rates far below their normal CDs so I never cared to remember them.

Fidelity if you want to invest or buy brokered CDs. Dept of Interior FCU if you want a normal Bank/CU CD, but with HSA funds (with standard early withdrawal penalty just like a normal CD, etc) Those are the only two I know of.

(Rates are good for Normal CDs, HSA CDs and IRA CDs)

in my opinion, YES - Fidelity is a great choice for HSA ..... I used to have HSA Connexus, but they changed the rates on it ..... so Fidelity is now one of the best. I leave around $1500 in MF Money Market funds, and the rest in a CD. They issue a debt card on the HSA account, and I let it access my money market funds. Even the money market is paying at around 5%.

Fidelity is where I have my hsa account. You can also invest in treasuries there within the hsa account, or the money market, FDRXX.

To answer my own question a bit: NASA FCU offers a 6 month HSA CD @4.9% and a 12 month @4.6%. These rates are lower than their 'special' certificates for 9 and 15 month CDs, which are some of the better deals out there. But often like IRA CDs, HSA rates often aren't attainable for these 'niche' products.
