Tried to open a Bask online account but got stopped by the picture verification. Bask sent a secure web link text to my phone, clicking on it took me to a site that said verifying my phone photo device and 3 orange dots parade across the screen and i waited 10 min but no joy. called CSR who said that was the only way to upload a drivers license. he sent 3 texts and all failed to access my phone to take pic. I disabled virus and secure browser and cleaned history and closed all web browsers but that did not work either. He said that there was no other way to send the picture secure and so I asked for a Manager but there were none so I asked for one to call me back but he said he could not guarantee one would call me back. Well that is certainly not good to hear...a manager not calling a potential customer back when requested? Also asked for tech support or a secure bank site to send picture...nope, CSR said they do not have tech support.
Anyone run into this same problem? Maybe Bask Customer service will pick up on this and respond?
