Early Withdrawal Penalty Not Specified

Hi, sometimes the penalty for early withdrawal of funds from a CD are specified (30 days, 90 days, etc.) on the DepositAccounts website but sometimes they are not. If the penalty isn't specified can I just assume that the information wasn't available to DepositAccounts and I should contact the bank directly? Or if no info is given is there a default?
