Unsecured Personal Loan

Hi,

I am looking for an unsecured personal loan around 10000 for investment purposes (secured). I don't own a home and also don't have much credit history. I have a decent credit score (My credit karma score is 755).

Will I get a personal loan @ around 5% p.a anywhere?

Please let me know if I am expecting too much.
