Ally Bank Website Problems

just spoke with csr at ally bank. After adding new non ally account,they are not showing up to transfer funds. She says they are having problems with new website and cannot give me an answer as to when the problem will be corrected. Not a happy customer!!

This is just one of the reasons I don't and have never done business with Ally and stay away from internet banks. I like to know they have an actual bank center I can drive to and face them when or if I have problems. It's so easy for them to give us a "non-answer" when they know they are just a faceless entity to us on the phone. I have even opted for lower rates to keep our savings closer to home these days considering the turmoil financially going on in the world today.
