Important: Our Online Banking Platform Is Changing Online Banking will not be available
from 4pm October 21 to 1pm October 26 We will be moving online banking users to a new platform, during which time Online Banking Services will not be available. Please review this information regarding the transition. User ID with "special characters"
If your current User ID (also referred to as Username) includes any special characters, such as `~!@#$%^&*()_+-={}|:;'?,./, it needs to be changed. Your new Username may contain letters and numbers, but no "special characters."
If your User ID does contain "special characters", you may not be able to access your account on the new platform. Click for more information about changing your User ID
Bill Payments Unaffected
All bills will be paid during the transition. All payees will be automatically brought into the new platform. Users should verify their bill pay schedule is accurate after the transition. Save Bill Payment History
Users who wish to keep a record of bill payments can download transactions prior to the transition. Update eBill Service
Users will not receive eBills after October 19. The eBill service can be reestablished after the transition. Update
Transfers
Transfers scheduled to occur after October 25 will not be processed. Recurring and scheduled transfers can be reestablished after the transition.
Update Email Alerts
Email alerts scheduled to occur after October 25 will not be sent. Users should review alerts available on the new platform. Image Blocked BEGINNING AT 1PM ON OCTOBER 26 Online Banking Login
Your current User ID will remain the same, unless it contains "special characters." Your initial password will be provided at log in. You will then be required to establish a new password and select an image key.
Mobile App
An updated mobile app is required to log in. Remove the old app from your mobile device and download a new MutualOne Bank app from your app store. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
