E*Trade's New "Improved" Bill Pay System

Three new features that have implemented:

1 - Funds are now withdrawn from account on the day that the check is issued. Previously, funds were withdrawn on the date that the check was cashed. It is a problem if check is damaged or bank can not read an electronic submittal. You have to cancel the check and re-issue.

2 - Currently not able to see the back of the check or print the front and back of cashed check.

3 - Check Number is not assigned to check like the old system. Have to search by Payee.
