The Zelle Money-Sending App Seems To Be Broken

I tried to send some money using the new Zelle app, which replaced PopMoney at Ally Bank. I tried sending a $1 test transactions to my daughter and to myself, our four emails and phones. We did not get any notifications, but Zelle pulled the $4 out of my checking immediately. I put in a STOP order for one of my transactions but the $1 hasn't come back on that one. So I'm out four dollars at this point, and I haven't been able to move any money anywhere. This is ridiculous.
