Some Advancial members have reported receiving calls from someone claiming to be from Advancial that asks for the member’s credit card number, expiration date and CVV number in order to give them a lower interest rate. These calls are NOT legitimate.
Advancial will never call you and ask for your Social Security Number, Personal Identification Number (PIN) or credit/debit card numbers. If you receive a call and you are unsure whether or not it is legitimate, please hang up and call our Member Service Center or our Fraud Department at the numbers listed below to verify. You can also forward any suspicious emails you receive to [email protected].
