Do they just not use the banks they write about or is this poor journalism? Aspiration is not doing well because it is not a good bank. There are plenty out there that offer more competitive rates, better service, and/or better software. If you're already well versed enough to find an online bank, you're well versed enough to move to another when one lets you down.

Aspiration had already lost its edge but when you see one of these places switch partners for no beneficial reason, it has to be costs due to poor performance. I got out (and was given a hard time to do it) when this "transition" was going on.
