Logging on today I found my Saving to Cd transfer history missing.

CSR said Site update may be cause.

I had other problem unrelated to this but ...worth a check for your accounts???

Exceptional service rendered for my situation :) :) :)

I have just checked my MACU account.

Using the transfer history section, I see only external transfers, not the internal Growth Certificate funding transfers.

If I ask for transaction detail on my primary share account, it shows the amounts of all of my Growth Certificate transfers, but does not specify that the money went to the Certificates by name.

Similarly, if I open the certificate details, it shows the transfers in by amount, but does not specify that the funds came from the primary share account.

Looks to me like the descriptions have gotten lost along the way, leaving only the amounts.

My December eStatement shows the same details as ever, but I'll be sure to check when the January one publishes to see if the details are there or not.

Edit:
I pulled my accounts up in the Android app and the transfer details are still there.  Suggests a website issue rather than lost data.

to pgroove_fan: Try this --
1. click on "Transfers & Payments"
2. click on "History"

Alternatively:
1. click on "Transfers & Payments"
2. then look on the right for "Recent Transfer History"
3. at the bottom of "Recent Transfer History", click on "See all activity"

It's working fine. The one thing that does not show up are the required monthly automated transfers. But they've never shown up in the Transfers portion of the website.
