The Elements September 30, 2020 statement contained "Important Change Of Terms". It requires a postal letter from the customer to "Opt Out" of the new Elements mandatory arbitration clause. If you don't send the letter you will miss out on any future Class Action. I would highly recommend sending the letter and offer a sample below for you to use (Elements requires including the last 4 of ssn). The letter must reach them by October 30, 2020. As well I would follow up to make sure they received your letter.

Earlier this summer certain Elements Financial tech support personnel were collecting login id and passwords from customer callers, and there have more recently been some debit card breaches. Elements then updated their "Personal Online Banking Agreement" to read
"You agree that you will not under any circumstances disclose your Password to anyone, including anyone claiming to represent Elements"...
Here Elements makes the customer responsible in case of employee fraud.

Don’t give them a pass..Look at local law/attorney if an issue with same arises...normally one is not able to have another responsible for fraud of others...even insurance companies are reluctant to cover fraud

Have tried to send Elements an email through their online system, but that system is broken - it will not send.
