They do a soft pull with Experian

Need to unfreeze ChexSystem

Initially phone CSR informed me they do a soft pull with Equifax.

At Livermore branch, CSR informed me they do a soft pull with Experian, not Equifax. Fortunately I unfroze with all three.

Only to find out during the process, I also needed to unfreeze credit with ChexSystem, which was a total surprise. Luckily I had ChexSystem’s phone number and pin to unfreeze, which took additional 25 minutes.

I believe ET is referring to Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union. They offer competitive rates on a number of CDs. All of their rates, including the one with a $500,000 minimum balance, can be viewed at https://www.slfcu.org/Rates
