The Bank Of Denver Is No Longer Accepting Customers Outside Of Colorado

Recently applied for a Kasasa Saver account to link to my Kasasa Cash account at The Bank of Denver. Received the following message:

"We would like to thank you for your recent interest in opening an account at Bank of Denver. However, our policy has changed for out of state customers. It will no longer be possible for the Bank of Denver to accommodate customers who are residing out of Colorado."

I just contacted The Bank of Denver and was told that the change to a Colorado-only market area happened last week.
