I received the notice in today's mail. Numerous changes, including this:

There will now be a $2.00 per month charge to receive a paper statement. Please keep in mind that accessing your statements through Online & Mobile Services is always FREE. To enroll in E-Statements, click on "Settings" after logging in to either Online or Mobile Services. If you need assistance,please e-mail us at [email protected].

Yes, it came on the monthly statement this month too -- a new fee schedule. But, I logged in online, went into my settings -- there is nothing there about delivery of statements or anything else, no way to choose or change.

What does that do to posted APR rate on non-checking aspects?

If you're having difficulty selecting E-Statements, you can call Freedom Credit Union and they'll enroll you in E-Statements over the phone. That's what I did.

Yes, Alan1, that's what I figure I will have to do -- when I get time to sit on hold, and deal with it. I'm not sure I dont already get e-statements, but I would never sign up for that is not forced to in order to avoid a fee for mailed statements. But I don't think they have been mailing them. Meanwhile, I sent them a message through my account two days ago - no response so far.
