Two New Services Now Available for Your Online Banking Account
At NCB, we work hard to provide you with convenient tools to manage your bank accounts and protect them from fraudulent activity. Please read more about our two new services for your online banking account.
First, we now offer account alerts through Online and Mobile Banking for your deposit and loan accounts. There are 30+ available alerts that you may set up. Based on your preference, NCB will deliver the message through email, text or the Online Banking secure inbox.
To get started, follow these steps to create an alert:
Log into your NCB Online Banking Account
Click on the Account Services tab
Click on Alerts
Click on Add an Alert
Please ensure you have your current email and phone number set up in online banking.
Second, NCB now offers a service that allows you to transfer funds between NCB and other financial institutions.
To get started, follow these steps to transfer funds:
Log into your NCB Online Banking Account
Click on the Transfer Funds tab
Select "Transfer To Or From An Account Outside of NCB"
Validation of email and accounts are required (one time activity)
Once validations are complete, funds transfer can be requested by selecting From and To account, amount, send/start date and frequency
