Do not know how many readers are retirees and manipulate their income ( I do mine by Roth conversions) to stay below the bracket for regular Medicare premiums but found this a few weeks ago and today I noticed another post was added. I also will put the PROJECTED one for this years income for the 2023 Medicare premiums.

Updated the 2022 projection for the first tier from $90,000/$180,000 to $91,000/$182,000 following the release of the inflation number in July 2021. The other tiers didn’t change from the previous update.

The 2021 income filing in 2022 will be compared to the 2023 threshold values. Unless inflation turns negative, the 2023 value for single will be at least $93,000 and double for married filing jointly in the first tier. See comment #140 from Steve. Of course it’s still possible to have negative inflation. So leave some margin of error just in case.
