my HUB is ALLY BANK. Here are the limits:

Time Daily Monthly
Outgoing $150,000 $600,000
Incoming $500,000 $1,000,000

Very good and easy to use. No fee. Time for their transfer is overnight to three days. Ally sets the time and it varies based on their internal algorithm. They do limit you to 20 external account links ... plenty good for most people.

I think Fidelity has good ACH as well, but maybe a bit harder to set up the external account links.

never bank, with a top us bank, unless absolutely necessary, i.e. global travel.

American Express Bank is an excellent online bank with no ACH transfer limits. There are banks with somewhat higher interest rates (they are currently at .50), however their excellent security, customer service, quick transfers, and lack of ACH limits are why I have stuck with them as my primary bank for savings.

I called Amex to have some questions verified about their savings account.
High Yield Savings Accounts

How long does it take to transfer funds using the Savings website?
[When doing a PULL from AMEX into AMEX savings account]
Funds transferred into your Savings account will be available for withdrawal on the 5th business day after the deposit is initiated. [They place a 5 day hold if you use their system to pull in the funds. There is no hold if you push in the funds using an external F.I.]

How many external accounts can be linked? 4 Maximum

Monthly withdrawal limit? 9 withdrawals per month maximum.

ACH dollar transfer limits PUSH/PULL? UNLIMITED [5 day hold on PULLS]

ACH Transfer time [PUSH from Amex to external F.I.]? 3 business days typical

Express ACH transfers [PUSH from AMEX to other F.I. from 7a-11p EST]: 1 business day
Everyone qualifies for Express as long as done withing those hours specified and it is a free service.

Update: The Express ACH 1-business day transfer is limited to $100k maximum transfer limit per transaction.
